1. PANTHER GAMING GEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Dawn, Nightfall and Eclipse Series - up to 6 months warranty

In accordance with the terms of this warranty,

Warranty for all functionality portions of the chair. Aesthetic defects such as impurities, stains, scratches, dents, bubbles and damage due to misuse of the chair are not covered. PANTHER GAMING GEAR will repair or replace a comparable product, free of charge with a minimal delivery fee.
2. Submit a warranty claim via official store/page with image/video attachments of relevant affected areas.

3. Can I return the product if there are defects/malfunctions?

Please be noted that the warranty is non-transferable and is limited only to the original purchaser specified in the submitted order form.

We accept replacement of parts given that the customer could provide proof of defects/malfunction (subject for approval since all products go through inspection before delivery)

Validity period of the return policy is up to 3 days after purchase. We will refund the payment once we have picked up the item in your residence.
4. Panther Gaming Gear reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.
LIMITED WARRANTY
eFFECTIVE APRIL 2022
Panther Gaming Gear products covered by a period of six (6) months for Nightfall and Eclipse Series and period of twelve (12) months for Stargazer, Hero and Ergo Series starting the date of purchase of the product of the original purchaser. In accordance with the terms of this warranty, PANTHER GAMING GEAR will repair or replace a comparable product, free of charge with a minimal delivery fee.
This warranty covers:
1. Missing materials or parts from the products at the time of delivery.
2. Major defects that affect the functionality:

Casters And Footing

Mechanism failure (Dawn armrest, massage Pillow -Device only)
-
Recline Mechanism failure (adjuster)
-
Gas Lift
-
T - bar/ back support or Side bracket support
REMINDER: Please be informed that warranty for the chair mechanism and gast lifts for users whose weight exceeds the weight capacity of a certain chair model will be voided.
* MISSING PARTS and MINOR FACTORY DEFECTS are replaceable within 1-3 days in Metro Manila and 5-7 days for orders made in Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok (if no delays) after delivery
EXCLUSIONS TO THE PANTHER GAMING GEAR LIMITED WARRANT ARE AS FOLLOW:
1. Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership. This includes :

Upholstery (leather / fabric), top portion of armrests, pillows, stitching

Damage to plastic coverings
-
Tightness of mechanisms / screws
-
Damages resulting from storage of product in unsuitable environments or conditions,
infestation, misuse, abuse, accident, acts of God, natural causes, and/or exceeding listed
capacities -
● Fading, scraping, and wrinkling which are natural characteristics of leather as a result of
regular usage. (Exposure in direct sunlight or sources of extreme heat will lead to
damage) -
Changes to your foam and fillings. (e.g normal increase in the softness of the foam
material)
2. Damage to a product that has been altered and unauthorized repair without written approval from
PANTHER GAMING GEAR.
3. Any claims for indirect or incidental losses
4. Damage caused to the products during self assembly due to failure to adhere to the relevant self
assembly manual instruction provided.
5. Minor misalignments / Minor variations arising out if manual or hand-made workmanship
6. Products used for rental purposes.
7. Modification or attachments to the product not approved by PANTHER GAMING GEAR.
DISCLAIMER
This warranty applies only to PANTHER GAMING GEAR branded products. This warranty applied only to
the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. This warrant is void if integrated components or features
are substitutes with NON-PANTHER GAMING GEAR or unauthorized components without previous
authorization. This warranty will not be valid if damage to the product is caused by (1) Normal wear and
tear over the course of ownership, including puddling and pilling in materials; (2) Sharp objects; (3)
Extreme environmental conditions; (4) Unintended usage or; (5) The use or storage of product in
unsuitable environments or conditions.
WARRANTY CLAIM
PANTHER GAMING GEAR tests all products to ensure that you receive a quality gaming gear, but
mistakes do happen. If you discover that your product is defective, Please take the following steps to
submit a warranty claim and receive support.

2. To make sure that your product is eligible for a Warranty Claim you will be required to provide the
following:
● A clear photo and/or video of the damage of defective parts.
● A clear photo of the full item with your name written on a sheet of paper
visible in the photo.
3. We will assess the said complaint if it is covered under the said warranty
4. If proven to be covered under our warranty, we will send you the replacement part or you can bring the faulty part to our Physical store located at 296 Andrea Avenue, Bacoor Cavite to have it replaced.
5. Any shipping cost shall be handled by the customer if warranty claim has already exceeded seven (7)
days from the time of delivery.
6. For faster and convenient delivery clients have the option to order the replacement via Shopee and
request a refund once received.
7. Minor factory defects and missing parts are replaceable within 1-3 days in Metro Manila and 5-7 days
for orders made in Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok (if no delays) after delivery.
All PANTHER GAMING GEAR replacements and repairs will be completed at our sole discretion. For
defects with faulty parts, PANTHER GAMING GEAR may ship replacement parts to you with a minimal
delivery charge. It is possible that we will require you to ship back to us any faulty parts, and if so, we will
cover all shipping costs associated with the collection of these parts.
GAMING CHAIR ASSEMBLY
Each gaming chair will arrive disassembled and has to be assembled by the customer but we do provide the necessary tools and manual for easy assembling.

DATE OF DELIVERY
We can deliver your order/s as early as the next day after you sent an order form on our Facebook page except during peak season (Christmas season, New Year, other holidays). Our customer service will confirm the delivery date with you. For outside coverage of our facebook page. You may contact our Shopee / Lazada Official Stores.
